С Ubar почти всегда можно представить величавые минареты с бескрайней пустыней на дальнем плане, тогда как L’Heure Attendue – скорее картина о небе, не таком ясном, как в Ubar Amouage, но тоже впечатляющем. Здесь какая-то странная борьба, между затишьем и бурей, застоем и развитием. Возможно, это и правда аромат надежды.

They know what time it is

L’Heure Attendue released in 2015 is a modern interpretation of the classic Jean Patou fragrance from 1946. France Liberation is pretty weighty and reaching to the Arab world. If you wear Ubar by Amouage – it is very close. Hot flowers, heavy amber base and melted citrus.

And yet L’Heure Attendue is more rigorous and wearable. The top, heart and base notes lie approximately equal layers and stick together until the end, without taking the scent away in intense heat. With Ubar you almost always imagine the majestic minarets with vast desert in the background, while the L’Heure Attendue is rather a picture of the sky, not so clear as in Ubar, but still impressive. There is a strange struggle, between calm and storm, stagnation and development. Perhaps this is true perfume of hope.
